Hi, I’m Dr Helen Jones
BSc (Hons), DEdPsych, CPsychol, MISCP
I’m a Child and Educational Psychologist specialising in sleep support for families. I have been working with children and young people for 20 years and completed my doctoral training in 2018. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I care deeply about helping families have better sleep because I’ve seen both professionally and personally how much difference better sleep can make for children, parents and family life. I have completed extensive training across the age range from babies to adults. My aim is to bring hope to families who are struggling, with a range of evidence-based options to suit each unique child and family.
